1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gravity Development ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service or have parental consent.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account without prior authorization.

3. Products and Licensing

3.1 Digital Products

All products sold through Gravity Development are digital goods including but not limited to FiveM scripts, resources, maps, and systems.

3.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) on your FiveM server(s). Unless otherwise specified:

• You may use the product on one FiveM server instance.
• You may modify the product for personal use on your licensed server.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the product with others.
• You may NOT claim the product as your own work.
• You may NOT reverse engineer or decompile encrypted portions of the product.

3.3 Extended Licenses

Extended licenses for multiple servers may be available for purchase. Contact us for enterprise licensing options.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased products.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

• The product is fundamentally broken and cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe.
• You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
• The product description was materially misleading.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase through our support channels.

6. Support and Updates

6.1 Product Support

We provide reasonable support for our products through our designated support channels. Support includes:

• Bug fixes and technical issues
• Installation guidance
• Configuration assistance

6.2 Updates

Product updates, improvements, and bug fixes are provided at our discretion. You are entitled to free updates for the product version you purchased, but major version upgrades may require additional purchase.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All products, content, and materials available through Gravity Development, including but not limited to scripts, code, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Gravity Development or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAVITY DEVELOPMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GRAVITY DEVELOPMENT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location. We do not warrant that any errors or defects will be corrected.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. However, you may continue to use products you have already purchased under the terms of your license agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gravity Development operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Entire Agreement
